Almost got into an accident yesterday on my way home from the city. I was making a left turn onto a one way street when this old couple, in a Porsche, decided to make a U-turn down the same one way street! Good thing I caught a glimpse of them from the right corner of my eye, which set off alarm bells in my head, because it was an odd direction for a car to be heading, DOWN A ONE WAY STREET! I slammed on my brakes just to stop within inches of broad siding them. The guy had an apologetic expression on his face, but the woman had an utterly shocked expression, with her hands to her face, of having a near heart attack. No doubt she gave him a tongue lashing later, at least she had better, for making a domb ass move like that, hahahaha. Yeah.

It's been quite tiring these past two days. Put in an eleven hour work day when I should have been out a lot earlier, but with last minute bugs to kill, it's a real pain and I have no choice but to stay and finish. And I'm also scheduled to work a day this weekend. Hopefully, it'll end soon!

I love Stikfas. They're pretty fun to pose and look at. Much better than the wooden "art dummies" that you buy from an art store. If they made Stikfas that big, it would totally replace the wood ones that almost every art student have:p

You know it's bad when you start counting down the minutes in a day during work. It's four days to Beta and the bugs are still trickling in. It's not like their difficult to fix, it's just that I want it all to end! This project has been going on way too long, and everyone is a little burnt out at this point. I certainly hope we get a little breather before the port starts for the 360.

So little sleep. Hanging out with friends and getting home at five in the morning and then having a figure painting session at nine thirty makes getting a good nights rest quite impossible. But you know what, I'm feeling pretty good. Too bad I don't have several doppelgangers that can do all the things I need to do darning the day, and then have an accumulative experience of them all at the end of it. Now that would truly be awesome!

What a strange day. A bird flew in front of my car this morning while I was on my way to work, and gets hit. Tonight, on my way home, a scruffy looking cat walks in front of my car and almost gets hit as well! Good thing I stopped in time, otherwise that would have been a messy scene, hahaha.

I wanted to go to a friends art opening today, but could not get out of work in time. What a pisser it was>:( I was planning on it for weeks, too, since she sent out the invitation. It's all due to the stupid Perforce server at work taking forever to check-in my work! By the time things got checked in, it was way pass the needed time to drive there. I supposed I could have gone anyway, but then I would have been very late for my sculpture session:( Sorry, Susanne! I'll go see your latest pieces this weekend:)

What a long day! Thought I'd have an easy week with the project almost over, but nooooooo. Last minute problems arisen the whole team have to try and squish the over abundant of bugs by this Friday! At least there's free food to keep us going, oh, whoopee, hahaha

Ah, yes the first day back to work. Crap! I need more time off. It's like you have one week before you really get relaxed from the hustle and bustle of work, and then another weeks to catch up on sleep, and then the third week is the week when you can really enjoy the time off. Oh, well, the bills have to be paid some how, hahahaha.
